Time To Make Your Natural Beef Order!.....

It's BEEF time! Our local Rancher and us are trying our best to keep up with demand as we sold out last year. If you've used us before, it's the same awesome Rancher, same awesome QUALITY beef, and the same awesome Meat Cutter.

These are CHOICE grade, grass fed/grain finished beef. The costs include the beef itself, slaughter, skinning & processing (no hidden fees). Here are the details:

1/4 Beef: $300 deposit to secure, $5.70/lb hanging weight, typical net yield 90-100 lb's, total cost approximately $1100, Standard Cut (we pair 2 families together to split a 1/2, so each family gets the best cut's of the 1/2)

1/2 Beef: $400 deposit to secure, $5.60/lb hanging weight, typical net yield 190-210 lb's, total cost approximately $2000, Custom Cut (we process specific to your families needs)

Whole Beef: $800 deposit to secure, $5.60/lb hanging weight, typical net yield 380-400 lb's; total cost approximately $3900, Custom Cut.
**(note, it is more cost effective to purchase 1/2 or whole vs. 1/4)

We can handle everything over the phone (deposit & cutting instructions), or you can contact us to set up an in-person appointment at our shop.
